Cleaner

Our Cleaners are the hands-on team members responsible for the day-to-day work our commercial clients depend on — offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities kept spotless and audit-ready every visit.

What you'll do:

• Perform routine and deep cleaning of commercial spaces per client scope of work
• Follow standardized checklists and log completed tasks through our Smart Systems platform
• Maintain cleaning equipment and safely handle cleaning chemicals
• Flag maintenance issues or safety concerns to your Field Supervisor
• Represent Jersey Fresh professionally on every job site

What we're looking for:

• Reliable transportation to job sites within your assigned service area
• Ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs and remain on your feet for a full shift
• Attention to detail and pride in consistent, high-quality work
• Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends
• Background check required

Field Supervisor

Field Supervisors oversee cleaning crews across a set of client sites, making sure work is completed on schedule and to spec, and serving as the first point of contact for site-level issues.

What you'll do:

• Supervise and support cleaning crews across multiple client locations
• Conduct on-site quality inspections and log results through Smart Systems
• Train new team members on site-specific protocols
• Communicate directly with property managers and clients on service quality
• Coordinate scheduling, coverage, and supply needs for your route

What we're looking for:

• 1–2+ years of experience in commercial cleaning or facility services, ideally in a lead role
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Strong communication skills and comfort using a smartphone or tablet for reporting
• Ability to manage multiple sites and shifting priorities in a day

Trainer

Trainers own the onboarding and skills development of new hires, making sure every Jersey Fresh team member starts strong and holds to our quality standard from day one.

What you'll do:

• Deliver hands-on training for new Cleaners and Field Supervisors
• Develop and update training materials and checklists
• Shadow and evaluate new hires during their first assignments
• Partner with Field Supervisors to close skill gaps identified on site
• Track training completion and certifications through Smart Systems

What we're looking for:

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning, facility services, or a related training role
• Comfortable presenting to small groups and coaching one-on-one
• Organized, patient, and detail-oriented
• Reliable transportation for travel between training sites

Management

Our Management team oversees operations across a portfolio of accounts — building schedules, managing staffing, and staying accountable for service quality and client relationships.

What you'll do:

• Manage day-to-day operations for a portfolio of commercial accounts
• Recruit, schedule, and develop cleaning and supervisory staff
• Own client relationships, including renewals and service reviews
• Monitor KPIs and quality metrics through Smart Systems reporting
• Handle escalations and resolve service issues quickly

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in commercial cleaning, facility services, or operations management
• Proven track record managing teams and client accounts
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license
